At KiyaKreations, we strive to provide high-quality handmade and custom products. Due to the nature of our items, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges

Custom, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Ready-made (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund (including shipping if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Lost or Stolen Packages
KiyaKreations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
