Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
KiyaKreations will NOT be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to intercept or reroute the package.
Shipping Responsibility & Liability
KiyaKreations is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to USPS.

Signature Requirement
Some packages may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
If a signature is required and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at your local post office.

Order Cancellations

KiyaKreations offers optional Shipping Insurance at checkout.

If purchased, you may file a claim for lost, damaged, or stolen packages

If your claim is approved, a replacement item may be sent
If shipping insurance is not added, KiyaKreations and USPS are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
